Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange only for size-related issues and only under the following conditions:

The item must be in brand new, unused, and unworn condition, exactly as it was originally received.
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included and intact.
Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.

If the product shows any signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or is not in original condition, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@herdiamonddozen.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
